Important disclosures regarding the Transaction Account Guarantee Program.
Mancos Valley Bank participates in the Transaction Account Guarantee program to provide additional insurance on non interest bearing accounts through June 30, 2010.  However, Mancos Valley Bank does not participate in the troubled assets guarantee program and has not requested or accepted any TARP funds.	FDIC deposit insurance temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2013.
